GCSO AGENCY UPDATE

The Securus Video Visitation system will be unavailable from 12:00 am on Wednesday, November 20, until 12:00 pm on Monday, November 25, 2024, due to maintenance upgrades mandated by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). After these upgrades, the system will switch to a per-minute fee structure. Once the new system is operational, each inmate will be granted one free 10-minute video visitation session per week. This maintenance will not affect regular jail phone calls.
